		<description><![CDATA[Just sitting about, or, say, during standing practice, when I&#039;m not active in other words, I draw 7-8 breaths a minute. It&#039;s very different when I get busy. One thing I have noticed is that I &quot;hold&quot; my breath while doing things -- this can&#039;t be a good thing. Part and parcel, likely, to &quot;holding-on,&quot; to events, the body, ideas, beliefs; you name it. And, of course, all done without any particular presence.
