What Is Your Own Inherent Speed?
July 31, 2012
Based on conditioning and other factors, we have become habituated to speeds and rhythms in our lives that are not really inherent to us and thus cause strain and even anxiety. Next time you go for a walk or do yoga, qigong, or other bodily movements, try slowing down or speeding up and notice what happens in your thoughts, emotions, and body. Try this often in many different situations. Can you sense your own inherent speed and rhythm?

My wife has been telling me for years that breathing right is the most important thing with Yoga & could benefit me for my anxiety attacks which leads to quality of life itself. As a 51 year old man who has become disabled and feels useless because I bring in nothing ($) into the household when I always had money, something has to change for me to have any chance at quality of life.
